Virtual Networking Event

Following the success of the ‘Butler and Beyond’ Networking Dinners and Lunches in previous years we would like to reach out to alumni once again and ask for participants for our virtual networking event taking place on Thursday 18th March 2021. The event will run from 6pm until 8pm with an optional ‘Alumni Social’ between 8pm and 8:30pm.

18:15 – 18:45 Presentations/Workshops – Round 1
18:50 – 19:20 Presentations/Workshops – Round 2
19:25 – 19:55 Informal Drop-ins
19:55 – 20:00 Thank you and Prize Draw
20:00 – 20:30 Alumni Social (optional)

The zoom reception will include a welcome from the Acting-Principal, Karen Langdon, and from the JCR President, Sam Winder. Following this will be the presentations. We will have one half of our presentations in ‘Round 1’ and the second half in ‘Round 2’. Subsequently, as a speaker, you will have the opportunity to have a 30-minute break or to attend a presentation yourself. The informal drop-ins will allow students to join you on your zoom call to ask questions and chat about your experiences, they will be able to attend multiple drop-ins during this session. The networking event will close with a quick thank you and a prize draw out of those attending! Between 8pm and 8:30pm we will be running an Alumni Social where you can join us to hear some updates about the JCR and the College as well as ask questions and simply a chat.
