Spaces In College

At Josephine Butler College, some spaces are run entirely by the JCR and others by the college. They can be used in specific ways during the lockdown.

JCR Living Spaces: an area which MUST be booked and can be accessed by one liver-in household at a time.

  • JCR lounge
  • Group Study

College/Study Spaces: walk-in (and sometimes bookable) areas which can be accessed by any member of any liver-in household so long as room capacities are adhered to.

  • Quiet Study
  • IT Suite
  • Library Lounge
  • Music room (key from reception)
  • Study area of the Rec Room (yellow area)

If you are a club president or captain and need access to rooms regularly then fill out the JCR key cabinet access form here.
