About Us

This sport is perfect for you if you’re needing to relieve tension, stress or if you want to work on your strength and conditioning in the sport by hitting some boxing bags! This is a great sport to socialise, learn new techniques and skills in boxing and if you want to become the next Anthony Joshua of course!

Training times and locations: Mondays 7-8pm in the Howlands Hall,

Saturdays 11-12am in the Howlands Hall
